How can we help?

Contact Native at contactnativeinc@gmail.com for Lamp support, privacy requests, or a concern about an answer.

Include your app version and a brief description. Do not email passwords, authentication codes, payment-card details, or private journal content.

Accounts and privacy

In the app, open Settings → Account and privacy to manage consent, export your data, or delete your account. Recent sign-in may be required. Account deletion is separate from any Apple subscription cancellation.

Subscriptions and purchased access

Open Settings → Subscription to check your plan. If an Apple purchase is pending, wait for confirmation and check again; do not buy it again to resolve a delay. To restore an existing subscription, sign in to the Lamp account you used before, make sure your device uses the Apple Account that made the purchase, then choose Restore purchases. See Apple’s restore guidance. If access still cannot be verified, contact us with the app version and the approximate purchase date; do not send your password or full receipt.

You can manage or cancel your subscription with Apple. Deleting Lamp or its app account does not cancel renewal. To request a refund, use Apple’s refund request page; Apple determines eligibility. A refund request is separate from canceling future renewals.

Question allowance

Your current allowance and reset or period-end time appear in the app. Pending questions can temporarily reserve an answer. When subscriptions are enabled, completed failures release that reservation; deleting history does not reset usage. Reading, your journal and existing habit tools remain free and ad-free.

Questions and sources

Open a cited passage to read its chapter. Questions can take time while sources and the answer are checked. If a request is interrupted, refresh its history before sending another question.

To report a source or interpretation concern, include the passage reference and app version, and describe the issue briefly. You do not need to share a private question or journal entry. Lamp distinguishes Scripture from generated interpretation; a displayed citation does not make an interpretation infallible.

Immediate help

This support inbox is not an emergency service and is not continuously monitored. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number. In the United States, call or text 988 for suicide and crisis support. For domestic violence support, call 800-799-7233 or visit thehotline.org from a safer device if needed.
